Delta Force’s Halloween update is built around limited-time event missions and token rewards across Operations, Warfare, and Detonation. We break down the dates, modes, store rewards, and the update fixes confirmed by Garena.
A Halloween event spread across three Delta Force modes
Garena’s Delta Force Halloween update rolled out on October 22 without scheduled downtime, with the announcement published on October 23. The post says gameplay and matchmaking were not meant to be affected during deployment. The main activity window runs from October 23 through November 9, and it connects missions in Operations, Warfare, and Detonation to limited-time stores and themed rewards.
The headline is Raven’s Deal, a set of Operations activities built around exploration, missions, and successful extractions. Players can earn Major Event Tokens and exchange them in the Trickster Store. Warfare and Detonation also have their own themed challenges and reward tracks, so the update is not restricted to extraction players. There are weekly supply events and a weapon appearance draw alongside those main activities.
This is a live event guide, not a claim that every reward is free or that every cosmetic can be earned through the same mode. Garena lists separate currencies and event rules for different queues. Check the in-game event page before a session, especially because several activities have shorter end dates than the overall Halloween window.
Raven’s Deal rewards exploration and successful extractions
Raven’s Deal: First Call introduces what Garena calls a new in-match mechanic in Operations. The official post describes a mysterious surprise during a match and directs players to complete designated exploration and activity missions to earn Halloween Major Event Tokens. It does not publish every possible in-match outcome in the announcement, so the best way to understand the mechanic is to enter the mode and follow the active objective prompts.
The main Raven’s Deal activity adds a straightforward extraction goal: complete successful extractions while carrying supplies worth the designated value, then finish activity missions to unlock supplies. That gives players two things to track at once: whether the run meets the required value and whether they make it out. A full backpack does not count as success if the squad fails to extract, so prioritize a safe exit when the objective is nearly complete.
The event page should show which item value or mission condition is active for your account. Garena’s announcement uses the phrase ‘designated value’ without listing one universal number, so avoid planning around a value copied from a different rotation. If you play with friends, agree on whether the group is focusing on exploration, loot, or a clean extraction before splitting across the map.
The Trickster Store turns event tokens into seasonal items
The Operations Trickster Store is available from October 23 to November 9. Its listed rewards include the P90 Ahsarah Wraith appearance, Graffiti Art appearances for the Lever-action Rifle and KC-17, the Mischief Maker charm, Halloween calling card and avatar, themed spray paint, and a Tactical Armament Voucher. Garena describes these as items available through token exchange rather than automatic login gifts.
Warfare has its own Halloween Carnival and Trickster Store progression. Overload Challenge, Air Superiority, Halloween Merit, and other themed series award Major Event Tokens. The listed store items overlap with the Operations rewards and also include weapon experience tokens and a two-times EXP card. If you mainly play Warfare, you can still make event progress without switching to extraction, but check the exact challenge and currency shown for that queue.
Detonation uses Candy Tokens for its Halloween Carnival rewards. Missions include finishing matches, planting bombs as a team, and winning games; the store list includes the same weapon appearance family plus charms, actions, calling cards, avatars, spray paint, and supplies. This means players should not assume tokens from one mode automatically count in another. Use each event panel’s progress bar to confirm you are earning the currency needed for the reward you want.
Short weekly objectives can help you plan a few focused sessions
Garena lists Operations Weekly Supplies and Warfare Weekly Supplies from October 23 to 29. Playing matches grants Standard Gear Tickets and Elite Gear Tickets in Operations, while Warfare rewards include weapon experience cards and a one-time Warfare EXP multiplier card. These are short, simple objectives compared with the larger seasonal store track, so they are worth checking before the weekly reset.
The October 24–25 Weekend Merit Boost gave double Merit for a player’s first three Warfare Grade Matches. That window has passed by October 26, so do not treat it as an active reward now. The update also lists Expert Choice missions using the P90 and KC-17 from October 23 to 29, with weapon experience tokens and an Armament Voucher. The Tekniq Alloy store has a limited purchase selection during the same period.
Dates matter in a multi-week event. Some rewards remain available until November 9, while weekly supplies and weapon-specific missions end earlier. A useful routine is to open the event screen at the beginning of a play session, note the nearest deadline, then choose the mode you already enjoy that also advances that objective. That keeps a seasonal event from turning into a second job.
Understand the Pumpkin Reaper draw before spending currency
The update also advertises a Pumpkin Reaper appearance draw running from October 23 to November 21. The first draw costs 10 Delta Coins or Delta Tickets. Garena says the draw is non-replacement, the prize pool has no duplicate rewards, and receiving the grand prize in any round guarantees one randomly selected Pumpkin Reaper weapon appearance along with the uncollected rewards from that round.
Those rules describe the structure, but they do not make the draw a guaranteed low-cost purchase. The first pull is only the entry price; the full cost depends on the remaining draws and your results. The listed series includes appearances for the QCQ171, VSS, and G18, plus an avatar, calling card, charm, spray paint, and weapon experience token. Review the in-game price ladder and your own spending limit before taking part.
Garena separately lists a Breaking the Mold bundle from October 26 to November 9, containing a CI-19 appearance and matching cosmetics. Because it becomes available on the current date, players may see it appear in the shop at different times depending on regional rollout. Confirm the local store listing rather than assuming the item has already populated everywhere.
Bug fixes and a quick checklist before you queue
The patch notes list several gameplay fixes: a helicopter exploit that allowed players to reach unbalanced positions, an underwater visibility issue involving Desmoulins’ Threat Imaging System in Polaris Patrol, and an issue where Desmoulins’ squad could enter a match earlier than intended. Garena also fixed cover that could be used to see through obstacles, incorrect prisoner-state operator models, and a badge-consumption issue when entering a match as a Polaris squad.
After the update, restart the game if the client prompts you to complete installation; the official announcement says an outdated client cannot log in. Then check the event tab for the current dates, currency, and mission criteria. If you run Operations, agree on extraction priorities with your squad. If you play Warfare or Detonation, choose the challenge panel that matches your usual mode before chasing another queue just for tokens.
Delta Force’s Halloween update offers a busy but readable loop: play a mode, complete its event tasks, collect the matching currency, and exchange it before the deadline. The most important player tip is to track separate event tracks rather than assuming all progress is shared. For the exact live requirements and any changes, Garena’s announcement and the in-game event menus are the sources to trust.
